2010 Little League Registration for 1st and 2nd Graders

New, Reduced Rates for 2010!!

Registration Deadline: December 19, 2009

The Watchung Little League is now accepting registrations for our 1st/2nd Grade Transition Division. With the help of the Watchung Recreation Commission, we have lowered registration rates for the 2009 season. A full season of little league, including uniforms and winter clinics, is now just $42.50! Applications must be in by December 19, 2009 to be eligible for participation in the clinics. Registration Deadline: December 19, 2009

I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including transportation and access to and from the activities and I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the local sponsors, supervisors, coaches, board members, participants and person transporting my child for any harm, injury or damage, whether the result of negligence or for any cause. I also give my permission for transport to, and emergency treatment at a nearby hospital, in the event of accident or injury, if I am unable to be contacted. I agree to furnish a birth certificate of the above named candidate to verify age upon request of League Officials. I further acknowledge that I have read the Parental Code of Conduct contained on the WLL website and agree to abide by it and all WLL rules.
